    Opiskelija laatii omat tavoitteensa huomioiden harjoittelujakson yleiset tavoitteet. Arviointi perustuu opiskelijan osaamisen ja oppimisen arviointiin: mitä kehitystä ja muutosta opiskelijassa on tapahtunut, mitä ja millaista uutta osaamista opiskelija on saavuttanut harjoittelun aikana. Tavoitteissa ja arvioinnissa on huomioitava se, mitä osaamista harjoittelupaikassa toteutettava työ vaatii. Arvioinnissa selkiytetään myös opiskelijan ammatillisia valmiuksia eli mitä opiskelija osaa tässä vaiheessa ja mitä haasteita on edessäpäin.
