    Learning outcomes of the course unit
    After completing the course, the student is able to
    - train the staff in the work community in utilising the advanced competence of the staff
    - co-ordinate the work of the teams in charge of the patients’ care
    - apply the theory of a learning organisation in the development of the staff competence
    - evaluate the staff’s competence from the strategic perspective
    - plan, carry out and evaluate the development of the staff’s competence
    - support the staff to continuous development of caring for the patients with non-communicable diseases
    - lead the change process in the work community and consolidate the change
