The curriculum has been planned so that the student completes 60 ECTS credits per academic year and 30 ECTS credits per semester

Studies of syllabus is planned so 60 credits are studied in academic year and length of studies is 3,5/4/4,5 years. Planned syllabus may change during studies.

SPECIALISATION IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING

The specialisation in telecommunications engineering offers training in modern data transfer methods, systems and equipment. The topics emphasised are wireless data transfer, modern telecommunications systems and data networks, the operating principles of data transfer and telecommunications equipment and their measuring characteristics. In the design exercises for mobile telecommunications and networks, the students can utilise TAMK’s well-equipped laboratory.

Within the specialisation option, courses with the same name (same code) may have different focus areas regarding both content and scope, depending on the implementation of each course.
