In general, teampreneurs participate in the training sessions of their own team enterprice. If prevented or needed for learning, it is possible to cross-pollunate in the training sessions of other teams at Proakatemia or ohter team academies or similar learning organizations.
If the teampreneur participates in student exchange, their training sessions are replaced with studies in the destination.
Contens of the studies are connected with real life business projects' needs.
There are no traditional exams. Team participates in Proakatemia's events i.e. Tiimidiili, sales days, 24H, and demonstrates skills and knowledge by solving real life business cases. The coach may add or modify cases according to the needs of the team.
As the business grows and/or there are international projects, international business related content will be learnt in training sessions.
During each semester the team organizes 132 h of training sessions, and every teampreneur participates minimum 120 h. If prevented, it is possible to corss-pollinate.
Training sessions require also
- preparations of the sessions
- getting ready personally (pretasks, if given)
- reflection.
Training sessions take normally 2 x 4 h per week. In addition 40 hours of other team work is required.

In general, teampreneurs participate in the training sessions of their own team enterprice. If prevented or needed for learning, it is possible to cross-pollunate in the training sessions of other teams at Proakatemia or ohter team academies or similar learning organizations.
If the teampreneur participates in student exchange, their training sessions are replaced with studies in the destination.
Contens of the studies are connected with real life business projects' needs.
There are no traditional exams. Team participates in Proakatemia's events i.e. Tiimidiili, sales days, 24H, and demonstrates skills and knowledge by solving real life business cases. The coach may add or modify cases according to the needs of the team.
As the business grows and/or there are international projects, international business related content will be learnt in training sessions. Final camp includes international project.
During the semester 80 h training sessions, 40 h final camp and 40 h team work such as 24H.
If prevented, it is possible to corss-pollinate the training sessions.
Training sessions require also
- preparations of the sessions
- getting ready personally (pretasks, if given)
- reflection.
Training sessions take normally 1-2 x 4 h per week.

Thesis work is individual activity that is supported by meetings with thesis supervisor which are held online or face-to-face.
The course also includes thesis topic analysis and scheduling of the thesis -project which will be discussed thoroughly with thesis supervisor. A thesis agreement or contract will be made with the customer of thesis project and this document will also be discussed with thesis supervisor.
Once the student has taken part in the kick-off meeting, created and submitted their topic analysis and schedule to WIHI-system, and signed the thesis contract properly the course will be completed succesfully.

Tapahtumana se on erinomainen tila dialogin ja filosofisen yhdessä ajattelemisen harjoittelemiseen yhdessä toisten kanssa.
Puistofilosofiaan voi osallistua vapaasti myös yksittäisinä päivinä tai käydä kuuntelemassa yksittäisiä alustuksia, mutta osallistuminen koko tapahtumaan tekee siitä iteratiivisen prosessin, jossa kunkin alustuksen ja keskustelun teemat voivat jäädä värähtelemään seuraavien alustusten ja keskustelujen ajaksi jatkuvasti voimistuvana omaehtoisen ja uutta luovan ajattelun virtana. Puistofilosofiassa osallistujan on mahdollista pysähtyä ajattomien ja ajankohtaisten teemojen äärelle yhdessä toisten kanssa, ottaa etäisyyttä arjen välineelliseen suorittamiseen, laajentaa radikaalisti näkökulmaansa, sivistyä, kasvaa ihmisenä ja kehittyä kriittisenä filosofisena ajattelijana. Dialogi eli tarkoituksellinen ja taitava yhdessä ajattelu erilaisten ja eri taustaisten ihmisten kanssa, joita yhdistää kiinnostus parempaan yhdessä ajatteluun mahdollistaa osallistujalle monipuolisen oman ajattelun tarkastelun ja kehittämisen.
Alustajina Puistofilosofiassa on kotimaisia omien alojensa kärkitason filosofeja, tutkijoita ja yhteiskunnallisia vaikuttajia ja keskustelijoita, jotka johdattelevat osallistujia keskusteluun heitä itseään kiinnostavista aiheista. He pyrkivät alustuksissa yleistajuisuuteen, mutta kuitenkin filosofisesta tasosta tinkimättä. Suoritustapa
Puistofilosofiaan kytkeytyvä opintojakso suoritetaan:
Osallistumalla kesäkuussa järjestettävään 2 tunnin pituiseen ennakkotapaamiseen.
Tutustumalla jaettavaan ennakkomateriaaliin ja tapahtuman alustajiin ja heidän teemoihinsa etukäteen (alustajat ja teemat julkistetaan kevään 2022 aikana).
Osallistumalla aktiivisesti Puistofilosofia-tapahtuman (19.-23.7.2022) alustuksiin ja keskusteluihin.
Tuottamalla (itsenäisesti tai pienryhmässä) oman ajattelun kehittymistä kuvaava reflektiivinen päiväkirja tai portfolio.
Aktiivinen osallistuminen voi tässä tarkoittaa myös aktiivista läsnäoloa ja kuuntelemista, eikä tapahtuman luonteeseen kuulu kenenkään pakottaminen puhumaan.
Osallistujien odotetaan kirjoittavan tai toteuttavan muulla tavoin (esim. audiovisuaalisena teoksena) oman ajattelun kehittymistä kuvaava reflektiivinen päiväkirja tai portfolio. In general, teampreneurs participate in the training sessions of their own team enterprice. If prevented or needed for learning, it is possible to cross-pollunate in the training sessions of other teams at Proakatemia or ohter team academies or similar learning organizations.

Contens of the studies are connected with real life business projects' needs.
There are no traditional exams. Team participates in Proakatemia's events i.e. Tiimidiili, sales days, 24H, and demonstrates skills and knowledge by solving real life business cases. The coach may add or modify cases according to the needs of the team.
As the business grows and/or there are international projects, international business related content will be learnt in training sessions.
During each semester the team organizes 132 h of training sessions, and every teampreneur participates minimum 120 h. If prevented, it is possible to corss-pollinate.

Learning methods and environments are for example training sessions 'paja' (primings, dialogue, workshops, independent studying), literature, writing and publishing, expert lectures and other fact-finding, project work, seminars, learning cells, and common events. Learning is connected with business projects.
Courses related to Leadership, Sales, marketing, Customers & Networks, Finance, and Trade Specific Competencies are mostly learned by attending seminars and learning cells and by way of literature/essays.

- quantity in a timesheet (internal HOPS) reporting hours in seminars, learning cells, team and business meetings
- reading, studying, and publishing essays as agreed
- self-reflection, feedback from team and coach, and possibly from the community or customers.

The degree is a bachelor-level professional higher education degree.
The degree complies with the criteria set by the Finnish national degree system as well as with the European framework for degrees and other competence.
The goal of the studies is to develop diverse business knowledge and skills. The students will grow as professionals so that they are able to operate as entrepreneurs directly after completing their degree studies. The goal of the team-based learning environment is to actively develop teamwork and leadership skills. The students will also build their own business cooperation networks during the studies.
The degree studies provide an excellent basis for operating as an entrepreneur, as well as enables the students to find employment in private or public sector. After gaining work experience, the graduates will have the required competences for demanding specialist, manager and executive level positions.
The degree gives eligibility for applying for master’s level degree studies.
The performance of the students will be assessed according to the common TAMK assessment criteria.
Completion of studies and achievement of competence objectives in the extent set by the curriculum.
The studies will be implemented as full-time studies according to the curriculum.
The study programme is developed in continuous active cooperation with the business life. The development of the programme is guided by Proakatemia vision: to be the best source of knowledge and competence for entrepreneurs of the 2020s.
