Student is able to:
- implement user experience design production projects
- analyse their know how, used production techniques and outcomes
- collaborate in an international student team
- pay attention to the needs of customers and network
Student knows the possibilities of sustainable production methods.

- Planning and implementing an indivual or collaborative production project
- Producing a real life production work using resources available
- Networking

Location and time

The course starts 23.9.2022. Project meetings on Fridays (mainly 10-12).

Exam schedules

No tests, but e.g. project report is used to evalaute the work.

Assessment methods and criteria

Each student should have a tutor teacher. The tutor teacher accepts the project plan and learning goals and evaluates the learning in the end of the project together with the client and student. The students should calculate working hours and write a report about the project.

Teaching methods

Project work, with guidance and tutoring. Team work. Working with the clients.

Student workload

In this course the students work mainly independently and with the student team. Reserve around 90-100 hours for that.

Content scheduling

Project plan, checking points of project work, project report and presentation.

Practical training and working life cooperation

Students will connect to working life through their projects.

Further information

This course is mainly for those students who study in User experience design minor. In this course the student works in a project and apply and practice user experience design methods in it. All the projects should have a project plan in the beginning.
The students should have basic knowledge on user experience design.
