Studies of syllabus is planned so 60 credits are studied in academic year. Planned syllabus may change during studies.
Automation technology, the upper university degree, Master's degree (polytechnic), consists of automation engineering, modern production systems and machine automation. Automation engineering consists of measuring technology, control technology and industrial automation systems knowledge. Modern production systems consist of flexible factory automation, CAM technics and machine vision technology. Machine automation consists of RFID-technics, control systems, hydraulics and robotics. The program structure is divided into professional studies (20 cr), advanced professional studies (5 cr), free-choice studies (5 cr) and development task (30 cr). Advanced professional studies are organized with the Degree Programme of Information Technology and the Degree Programme of Electrical Building Technology.
