The curriculum has been planned so that the student completes 60 ECTS credits per academic year and 30 ECTS credits per semester

Studies of syllabus is planned so 60 credits are studied in academic year and length of studies is 3,5/4/4,5 years. Planned syllabus may change during studies.

Facility Engineering

TAMK University of Applied Sciences is the first university to offer Bachelor’s level studies in Facility Engineering. The students gain the technical and economical basic skills needed to work in maintenance and house management tasks. The students of facility engineering study e.g. facility maintenance, condition assessment techniques, renovation, building legislation as well as house and finance management.

The scope of the specialisation option is 77 cr for students with a vocational school background and 82 cr for students with a matriculation exam. There are 71 credits worth of mandatory professional studies, the rest are selected from a list of courses given.
